Sometimes when you’re burnt out, you are doing everything right: showing up, staying late, checking all the boxes, and you’re still going to bed wondering how you’ll do it all again tomorrow.
Burnout is the kind of exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix. The kind of defeat that builds when you know the deadlines are impossible, but you’re still expected to hit them. It’s being the one everyone counts on, and feeling like you’re slipping away piece by piece.

Why I Created the Burnout Reset Circle
There was a time when I felt like I was doing everything I was “supposed” to do, but nothing was changing.
The system was broken, the pressure was relentless, and no matter how hard I worked, it felt like I was running in circles; under-resourced, over-responsible, and completely depleted.
I wasn’t numbing out or ignoring my emotions. I was just tired, defeated, and wondering if anything I did even mattered, because the next fire was always waiting.
What helped me most? Getting out of that toxic system.
Sometimes burnout recovery isn’t about “better boundaries” or “a good night’s sleep.” Sometimes it’s about escaping environments that are not built for human wellbeing.
But whether you're still in the chaos or have just recently stepped away, your nervous system is still carrying the weight of it all.
That’s why I created the Burnout Reset Circle. It’s a moment of peace in the middle of the storm - or in the quiet after to help your body catch up to the truth your mind already knows: You shouldn’t have to live like that.

On June 26 at 6:00pm, we’ll gather in the quiet of The Salt Caves in Lakewood Ranch. Not to “fix” ourselves, but to stop the internal bleeding long enough to breathe again.

One hour. No pressure. No performance. Just nervous system safety, movement, and stillness designed for people who are done white-knuckling their way through life.
