You don’t need more ‘self-care.’ Imposter syndrome, compassion fatigue and burnout need to MOVE out of your body.
Imposter Syndrome, Compassion Fatigue and Burnout aren’t just mental—they’re physical. Stress and exhaustion get trapped in your body. That’s why meditation and bubble baths don’t help but MOVEMENT does.
You Don’t Have to Sacrifice Your Well-being for Success
The mental health field often perpetuates the myth that burnout and compassion fatigue are just part of the job. Long hours, emotional exhaustion, and undervaluation aren't the price of success—they're signs of a broken system. It's time to break free.
You Chose This Path to Heal, Not to Feel Drained and Underappreciated
Yet here you are, running on fumes, battling compassion fatigue, questioning your worth, and wondering if this is just how it has to be. Spoiler: It’s not.
If you’re ready to escape the cycle of burnout and design a career that supports your life (not the other way around), you’re in the right place.
What if you had a way to shake off stress, recharge your energy, and feel ALIVE again?
This isn’t just about recovering from burnout—it’s about redefining your role as a therapist to prevent compassion fatigue and reclaim your passion.
Here’s What Might Be Holding You Back:
Burnout: "I can’t keep going like this."
Compassion Fatigue: "I'm overwhelmed by my clients' struggles."
Imposter Syndrome: "Am I even good enough to charge more?"
Financial Strain: "I work so hard, but I still don’t earn enough."
Feeling Trapped: "I want more, but I don’t know how to get there."
I understand because I’ve been there—believing that overextending myself was the only way to prove my worth. But then I found a path to reclaiming my energy, confidence, and income without succumbing to burnout. Now, I help therapists like you do the same.

You don’t have to conform to outdated norms. The hidden door is open. Are you ready to step through?
Hi I’m Meg!
Dealing with my own battles in childhood and adolescence, I knew from a young age that I wanted to “help people”. As I grew up it became clearer that I wanted to “help people with trauma”.
Where I am now has been a journey. I never expected to go into private practice. Me, sit for an hour at a time, one person after another?? I tried it with only a couple of people in the evenings, and it was better than I expected. It grew from there. And so did my passion for helping others gain financial and time freedom.
With a thriving practice, I continued to grow as a therapist and became a yoga instructor and a coach helping other therapists build a life of financial and time freedom. As a yoga teacher, I incorporate trauma-informed breathwork and asanas into my therapy and coaching sessions as clients would like.
